Hmmmm, any hockey fans, we will be having a season long contest, so post your favorite team here. At the end of the season, the person who's team has the best record will get some sort of prize (we haven't figured it out yet, but we have until June to do it).
My team is the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim

How do I pick a favorite team? I have about 5 favorites. I am going to have to go with my hometown Buffalo Sabres. But my second favorite is the New Jersey Devils.

I suppose I will have to be loyal to my own team - So I'm going to have to say the Minnesota Wild! But I really like the Devils too... Hmm!

Yep, but you also signed up for the board after the deadline.
And the prize for the winner is a custom title (certain restrictions apply, just has to be appropriate and cannot say admin or mod when ypou are not one).

Win-Losses-Overtime Loss-Points-Percentage of Points
And all teams are listed in order from 1st to 4th in our contest
Buffalo: 30-14-3-63-.656

The Blues officially gave up on their season when they traded Doug Weight. But they should get the number 1 pick this year and hopefully they use it to address some of their issues.

OMG THEY SERIOUSLY HAVE A TEAM CALLED THE MIGHTY DUCKS! that's my two cents seeing as how the only thing i know about ice hockey is its played on ice and i love that goldberg guy from that movie.

They are dropping the "Mighty" from their name next season and will be the Anaheim Ducks.

there goes any hope of me sounding like i know somethin about the subject, whenever i say "oh yeah i like totally go for the mighty ducks" all the hardcore fans will death stare me and go "how bout no, they're the anaheim ducks you idiot, go home."
