"Yea, I didn't believe it either, and I don't think Mom did at first, but Kane told her that I'm part goddess when I was still a baby." Keira laid back and looked at the sky.
"Sorry for yelling earlier. But ever since I was little I always used to think you left us for another family... Silly of me really."

Keira sat up and looked at Zane, "What?" She got to her feet and looked at him, "Where did you go then?"

Keira felt herself take a step back as she went off balance, "You... what..." She held her head as she felt everything start to spin. She fell to her knees and was panting. She remembered what Selene had said to her about Zane possibly being gone because of other issues, but she didn't know what they were.
Keira looked up at teary eyed and hurt. "You are no father of mine." She turned and took off running to her mother, the one person she could always turn to.

That hadn't gone well. He thought to stay away and let Kiera speak to her mother before Zane went and confronted her about things as well.

Tate listened carefully, he did not know that Keira was part Goddess. That was news to him. It wasn't normal news though. He didn't know how she was part Goddess, and why Kane would grant her with that? He was also surprised when Zane said that he had another family. He knew that he was gone alot, but never would have guessed that that was the reason. When Keira ran off, he stood up abrubtly. He looked to Zane, and shook his head with grief flowing through his eyes. He walked off in the way Keira just exited. He thought that he would give her time with her mom, but he would be there if needed.
