Somehow today I held up a lot better than I thought I would. Today would have been Danny's (my nephew) second birthday if he was still with us. I still think about him often, and I thought today was really going to hurt, but I have been ok.
I had a doctors appointment yesterday. I thought I was having an MRI done, but they just wanted to go over my X-Rays of my knee, which didn't show anything. So now they are going to order me an MRI, and that will probably be done sometime around when school starts. It's taking a long time to solve this problem, and hopefully I am done with it as soon as the possible surgery.
I think the house next door to mine is being rented, because a crew has come and started work on it. It's amazing how committed these men are to getting the job done. They get here at about 8 am, stay until like 5 or so, working pretty much the whole time. What amazes me, however, is the fact that they went in this house without biohazard suits or any protection like that, knowing what the neighbors had in their house (and also not knowing a lot of what was in there).
But everything else here is going ok. I am counting down the days until school starts, which now stands at 9 days. But it is ok.
And one last thing, I am helping work on another project, which is why this site isn't going very far. It is a RPG called Night World, where I will also be playing. But I will also be doing more here as soon as I get more done on the Night World Project (I am also doing that site as well).
