Appearance: Elisa has strawberry blonde hair that goes down to her shoulders in layers. Her eyes are bright blue, like the blue in a fire. She is 5' 1" tall and usually wears jeans and a hoodie. The most unusual thing about her is that she always has thin biking gloves on. The gloves are black and green and have rubber grips on the palm and fingers.
Brief history: For as long as she can remember, Elisa always had trouble with electricity. No one can touch her without getting a small shock, and she can't touch anything metal or she gets shocked herself. The severity of shocks seems to change with her emotions. If she is feeling strong emotions, good or bad, they get worse. Her parents bought her the gloves after she accidentally burned someone from a shock about a year ago. The rubber on the palms helped to keep the shocks to a minimum.
Elisa's life changed about six months after getting the gloves. One day she got sick of cruel remarks people made about her when she wore them so she took them off. After school was over a group of kids who were friends with the boy she hurt started tormenting her and getting in her face. She got angry and frightened and pushed one of the girls away. The girl's body lit up for a split second and she fell to the ground. She was taken to the hospital where it was discovered that she'd been electrocuted. The girl remained in a coma.
Elisa's parents were angry and blamed her for what happened. They told her she had 24 hours to pack what she wanted and leave their house and never come back.
Elisa packed a backpack with a few outfits, and some other things she didn't want to leave and left home in the middle of the night. She was again wearing the gloves so that she didn't hurt anyone. Elisa knew that she had to find someone who knew how to help her.
