Selene smiled innocently, "Me? Mock? Why, how perposterous!" She said sarcastically, watching Kaden with her forest green eyes.

But her gaze was ripped away when she heard a familiar voice, "Let?" She spun around in her seat and beamed at him, "Oh my-! When did you get here? It's been eternity!"

[Kiya]

Kiya nudged Rezo, "it looks like you`re long wait for a pirate has paid off" she laughed, "wheres William?"

[Kaden]

"Uh huh. Yeah right. I'll get you back for that shower crack, boss." Kaden said, finishing his drink, just as someone walked up to the table and Selene recognized him. He looked up at the guy then back at Selene.

Selene looked back at Kaden, "Oh, I'm sorry. Kaden, this is Let, he's a very old friend. Let this is Kaden, one of my coworkers in my shop here."

[Kaden]

"No problem at all." Kaden said. "Great to meet you." He said to Let.

Selene hollered for a waiter and ordered a glass of blood. It came to her within 10 minutes. She drank it slowly, savoring the taste. "So," She said turning her attention back on Kaden for the time being, "What is going on in your life since the storm?"

[Kaden]

Kaden's eyes stared at the glass of blood in Selene's hand. his eyes never left it, until his attention was called to her question. "Oh...Well, come to think of it: Something really weird has been happening to me since the storm." He began. "It's like...I'd have these random blackouts and then wake up someplace I'd never been before. And I wasn't drunk or anything."

Selene's eyebrows furrowed together, "Blackout? Just doing anything?"

[Kaden]

"Just waking up suddenly and having a blank space in my mind for the last couple of hours." He said. "It's really freaking me out."

Kaden shook his head. "But what about you?" He asked, trying not to think of these blackouts. "What were you up to after the storm?"

Selene shrugged, taking a drink, "Living at home with Keira, who is being watched by Sarah right now. But I'm just living my life as simply as possible before the Gods realize what has happend. But by then we might all hate them for what they did."

[Kaden]

Kaden frowned at the mention of the gods. To him, they were practically traitors now. "You're waiting for them to come back? I say they left us here to die. I mean, what reason did they have to stay? We did their work for them, so they hightailed and left us here to die in that storm." He said bitterly.

Selene became grim, "If Kane did that, I'll find out how to kill a god and slughter him. After everything everyone has done for them, and then they just leave..." Selene trailed off, shaking her head, "It makes me sick."

[Kaden]

He laughed dryly. "That's if you could find him. They'd have to be pretty bold to come back. And can you imagine if they came back telling us we had to find more crap for them?" He asked, sneering at the thought.

"No one would. Not one of us would do it for them. To be honest, I can see all of us ganging up and taking the stones for our own uses, much like Eli did for a long period of time."

[Kaden]

Kaden got a look on his face; one of wonder. "You know, come to think of it, those stones just might be able to make us able to kill them." He suggested.
