I'm not trying to turn this into an epic battle or anything. My original question, was is it worth it to stay on the board, meaning, is she going to continue to ruin threads.

I agree with Rezo that Tristan shouldn't have left. But the way he chose to deal with the situation is his business. My issue is that the situation existed for him to have to deal with in the first place.

The multiple characters for Jaira/Kiya is something that Cassiel will have to jump in and explain.

The whole Tam situation is something the veteren players have become accustomed to. No, it does not give reasoning to have that behaviour towards new players, but it's just how Tam is. Prehaps we should put a limit on Tam that says she has to be in a thread with the person for at least one thread where she doesn't freak out, I don't know. But she's the person on NIGHTworld that everyone calls in for the good old randomness and fun.
In certain threads the mentioned randomness is not always welcomed, I can understand that.

I know that there is more crap being dealt with between characters on here than anyone will admit to, so I'm not going to point fingers, but I will say that Nightworld is a place for people to get away from their real lives and get lost into an imaginary world. You tend to meet and connect with people, hince the reason a lot of us are friends, but this is not a place for attacks. I would like everyone to keep this in mind.

Ok, obviously things need to be handled outside of this thread. They will be done privately so that the world doesn't read the conversations. But I do have two things to say.

1. I am going to tell you all what my gramma always told me, "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all." If you don't like someone here (and face it, we all aren't going to like each other) then leave each other alone. It's a big board with plenty of places to post.

2. This may sound a bit harsh but, Simon and Bambino where do you get off thinking it is ok to not post for months or longer at a time and then come back and throw your two cents in here. This has nothing to do with either one of you.

I will keep this thread open as long as everyone is at least civil to each other. When that stops, the thread will be locked.

Okay, I'll be serious. About the Jaira/Kiya situation, I'm not exactly sure. I always thought Jaira was registered on the multi-board, but I guess she isn't. In her case, I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that maybe the admins let her do it as a sort of reward for being one of the most active posters on here for a long time.

And I guess I'm not happy unless I'm in trouble, but why call out Bambino, and Simon for being away then coming back and spending their 2 cents here? Kiya/Jaira jumped into the thread with hostility, and Simon and Bambino didn't. They were more trying to smooth everything over.

Okay, she's best friends with Tam. Doesn't change the fact she butted into a thread in a hostile manner, that had nothing to do with her.

I'm new here, and just trying to figure out what the rules are and such. Is there one set of rules for the rest of us, and another set for Tam and Kiya/Jaira?

If so, it would be helpful to let the newbies know this so that they don't get offended as I have.

I was told that new members were wanted on the board. That's not been my experience so far.
