I suddenly have the urge to participate in the comings and goings on in NW (translation: i am bored this afternoon) NATURALLY when I get this urge nothing exciting is going on at this moment on here, and no one is on that i can harass into playing with me, THEREFORE i shall create my own fun.

I SO know what you mean. They told me that I was crazy and that I was going to cause some kind of catastrophe on earth....but I KNOW it's not my fault that that forest caught on fire! I mean, I wasn't anywhere NEAR the barbeque pit when it blew up!

No, you can't make an account for Frank. He's not a character that fits within anything here. You'd have to make him the right way, as in playable, before he is allowed back.
I just deleted the Franka ccount for that reason. "Frank", as is, breaks a lot of the rules of the board.
