Kiya woke suddenly, scream caught in her throat. No i musnt she scolded herself. The dreams were coming back again- the fire- the fear. Its all behind you now
Another night spent in the barn, hidden amongst the spikey hay. All because she didnt trust anyone.. couldn`t....wouldn`t.
Standing up she brushed the straggling pieces of hay from her coat and stretched, flinching with the effort it cost her after another night of fury.

Cassiel went to the barn. She hadn't been there in awhile, and it was a good place to be alone and think. There are a lot of memories tied to this place. she thought, as everything came flooding back. When she walked into the barn, she noticed that she wasn't alone. There was a girl there, someone she'd never seen. "Hello," Cassiel said softly, so that she didn't startle the girl, "I'm Cassiel. Are you alright?"

Jumping back in shock Kiya grabbed hold of the ledge behind her wondering whether or not to make a run for it. Swallowing hard she stared straight into the strangers face. "Fine" she said sharply, immediately unhappy with herself for showing weakness, "just fine".

A part of her wanted to trust this girl but she knew she couldn`t. She had done to much- built to many walls to go back to who she had been.
A little chat cant hurt she thought to herself. nodding she stood tall. "a week" she said quietly, then raising her voice she stepped forward, "i`ve been here every night theres.. things.. i have to get out of my system

Kiya nodded slowly, feeling awkward. Struggling with the common feeling of being torn two ways, Kiya offered her hand. "Kiya" she said
suddenly, spying at her feet the books she had been reading , Kiya quickly kicked them under the hay and continued on "witch". tilting her head in query she asked "shifter?"

Kiya looked uneasy, "i.... ah.... i still dont really know. all i feel is this huge warmth in me and when i use it..." breaking off she struggled with herself for a while before changing tact, "i didnt realise how much trouble i could cause with it. i`m trying to learn more about it at the moment - thats why i`m in NW"
