The sun was completely down, and the world around and in Night World must have been sleeping for a couple of hours. The moon was out and it was a very starry night, almost perfect. It smelt of fresh grass, and the atmosphere seemed to pull any person into its dazed of peace and quietness. Where the thoughts could wonder, anywhere.
Walking out the barn with a white horse. Liliona walked out towards the field, she couldn't sleep and the this particular night seemed to haunt her, the day dreams before bed kept her heart beating faster, and her eyes opened wider. She jumped on her white horse and patted it's sides. With that she took the reins and kicked her legs to bring the horse to an instant gallop, a race against time. Once her horse was at a constant speed she let go of the reins and let her arms flow out to her sides in. Almost like she was flying. She closed her eyes and for the first time during this entire night she let her mind go, her thoughts and her restless heart slowed. She opened her eyes and then grabbed the reins just as she neared the top of the mountain.
She brought the horse to a stop, and she slowly got off of the horse ands let the reins hit the ground. She looked down at the lighted up town of Night World. It looked so quiet yet so loud. She sat down and laid on her back to look at the stars. Pulling her hand up onto her neck she quickly grabbed her necklace and played with it as her mind wondered, each star to her seemed to tell it's own story.
The brightest one was the happiest she thought, and the smallest one had to be the saddest. She smiled as she felt her body take in a warmth, that nobody would understand. It seemed to be what kept her alive all this time.
