((note: This happens after the "Winter's Walk" thread, but before "The First Effects", thread. Just wanted to clarify!))
Nicoli stepped out of the cool winter night and into the almost to warm club. stepping up to the bar, he asked the tender if he had seen Kiya yet, which he hadn't. No matter. He thought. Figured she wouldn't show up at the exact time anyways. Chuckeling to himself, he ordered a shot of blood, and a glass of water and sat down. He didn't want to start having fun without his "date." as she called it. The thought of it sent shivers of nervousness down his spine.
Sliding his trechcoat off and handing it to the barkeep to put behind the table, he sipped his water idley, waiting for something interesting to happen while he waited.

"Hey" Kiya rubbed her hand nervously across the back of her neck, "sorry i`m a little late" she appeared from behind him with a smile.

Turning around. "Hey! Don't worry 'bout it. Didn't expect you to show up on the dot anyways." he said with a small laugh. "Have a seat," he said, motioning to the bar stool next to him.

Taking the seat she ordered her drink to the approaching waiter and removed her coat. "Have you been here long?"

"Only a couple minutes." he said handing over his water, for two shot's of vodka, and a bottle of the clear alcohol. "Long enough to order a water, and a shot of the red stuff." He said, motioning to the blood still sitting on the bar.

The blood reminded her of her own bite - it took everything to stop the hand flying to her neck. Alex had said the effects should be finsihed by now.... so why was she still visited by dizziness so often? Instead she placed a calm smile on her face and took a shot of the vodka.

Looking impressed, he smiled. "Not bad. I have not met many American's who can drink vodka like a Russian!" Takeing a shot, straight faced and all, he let it sit in his mouth for a moment. The burning of the alcohol was like a new fire being kindled inside of him as he swallowed. "I love this stuff." He said with another smile. "Reminds me of the Motherland."
