Tam eyes widened in shock momentarily. "Well...Thanks." She said slightly flabberghasted at his politeness. "You're quite the gentleman aren't you." She said jokingly heading for the door.

"I try." He said opening the door for her. Outside, he looked around for a moment. "Well, I guess this is where we say 'later', so, I'll see you later!" he said walking backwards towards the inn, waving goodbye.

Tam shook her head laughing as she walked off. She couldn't believe that someone would be so polite without a motive. Nevermind she'd discover what he was up to sooner or later.
