Looking at Star, she was obviously upset, but seemed to be handling it fairly well...maybe. It was hard to tell, so Alledyra stepped closer, and queried, "You don't know what?"

Star stopped in her tracks and looked at dyra as if noticeing ehr there for the first time "oh hello ... when you get here?" she asked her softly an looking at the wet ground let out a heavey breath.

Smiling shyly, Alledyra looked at Star, "I've been here for a while, shug." And found a place near Star, that was still wet, but not as wet as others. Pulling the cloak she had borrowed from Star ages ago, she held it out, "I don't know how it didn't get wet with all the water in here, but it's not, and I want to return it. Thank you for letting me borrow it, when I first got here."
Settling the big black cloak around Star's shoulders, she said quietly, "You seem to be kinda out of it. What's wrong? If you don't want to tell me, I won't push..."

she shook her head "no i gave this as a welcoming gift " she said and tryed to move out of the way befor she qould drop it around her shoulders... "i dont know what is going on... every time i look around i find i am in a differint place than i use to be or talking to a complelt stranger an then next moment realise it s some one i know..." she shook her head slowly and started to pace once more...

"Thank you for the cloak Star, but I really thought that I borrowed it from you...it has kinda grown on me, though." Smiling, Dyra replaced the cloak about her shoulders, and thought about what Star had said...it was unusual to forget where you were too often, and she was thinking about what that could mean...her grandmothers had taught her a bit about healing, and this was something she had thought she'd heard before...
"Are you under alot of stress? Sometimes when you're stressed, your mind forgets things, as it's trying to work out the problem...maybe you should go to the doctor, just for a quick checkup??" Shaking her head, Dyra watched Star pace, hoping it wasn't anything very serious, and trying to think of a way to help...

Star shook her head slowly "no i am fine... and the stress i am under cannot be easily cured " she said quietly an stopped by the broken windown of the barn ...

Thinking back to flight to NW, Alledyra nodded in understanding, "I know what you mean..." Finding a semi dry place, she sat down and tried to find the gift inside her for wind, pulling it forward so she could practice with it while they talked.
Using it, she slowly coaxed a single piece of straw from the ground, spinning it slowly before her, watching it carefully and listening to Star clip clop around the barn...

she looked over at dyra a moment "i am sorry if i bore ya"she said quietly and walking over leand on an old roten bord till she was sitting on the ground next to her newest friend.

Watching the single piece of straw twisting slowly, she turned her gaze towards Star, "You don't bore me...I'm usually a very boring person, myself." Dyra smiled at Star, "I just thought I'd sit around, keep ya some company, and try to figure out how to work this 'Wind' thing I'm supposed to have."
Looking back towards the piece of straw, she saw that there was a tiny little tornado on the ground, twisting at least four pieces of straw in it...."Now how did I do that??"

Star chuckled softly at what she said and as she wached the single straw turn into a small tornado with three she becam fastly amazed by it an wached it curiosly...

Looking at the mini tornado, Dyra was just as amazed as Star was..."I don't know how I did that....I can usually do maybe one...but that's actually a little twister..."
Looking toward Star, she asked, "It's cute, isn't it...let's just hope that it doesn't get too big, now..." and began slowly letting the tornado weaken...

Star looked over at dyra an smiled slightly "wow that is cool you will have to do that more offten!" she said kindly an picking up the three dryed pices of straw placed them in her small jacket pocket.

Smiling slightly, she wondered how she had done that, "I'm still learning how to control the wind side of my powers...it's funny...when I need to use it, I can't, but that little tornado seemed under perfect control...I just don't know how I did it...."
Looking at Star holding the three dry pieces of straw, she smiled again, looking around the slowly drying barn, "Three down, three hundred million to go..." and looked at the single piece of straw still twirling slowly, plucking it out, and replacing it with a wet one...

Star smiled at her friend an wached the wet pices of straw swirrle around and around in the twister "dont worry about it.... it will dry off in a cupple days " she said and with a sly smile added "till then i will have a water bed only with the water on the out side!" she chuckled lightly

Laughing along with Star, she replied, "At least you're optomistic about it...instead of looking at your lemons,' she looked around the wet barn, "You're making lemonade!!"
Watching the few pieces of straw twirl, she commented, 'It almost looks like they're dancing..."
