Kiya kicked at the haystack, digging her nails deeply into a clenched palm. She hadnt been this on edge for a long time, something was definately up.
She could feel it inside her, a silent whisper, warning her of more to come. If that wasnt enough, the sight of that huge dog still haunted her dreams. Every night it was there, growling at her in such a malicious, evil tone that for once she decided to trust her instincts.
She was meant to face the newest danger. But most importantly, she was ready for it.

Halting instantly at the familiar voice, Kiya turned from the pile, "Sorry Star. Im just a little...." an agitated growl finished her sentence.

Star slowly raised her head out of the hay pile .... "its ok .... i know the filling" she said and standding up streched her horse body hopeing to wake up better.... "so... what brings ya to my humble barn?" she said slightly jokeingly hopeing to cool kiya down...

Sighting Stars horse form, Kiya looked over her friend curiously, "You havent been feeling any... different lately have you?"

Star stood there a moment deep in though "now that you mention it.... ya i have been ... every now and then i have this wierd filling..." she said quietly an grabbing a mouth full of hay started to much silently ....

Star shook her head slowly .... " like a filling washes over me .... i can not realy explane it though..." she said quietly as she stood there an grabbed anuther mouth full of hay... her sides were sunk in terribley an she basickly looked like a skelton...

Wandering quietly around, she heard the quiet murmur of voices, and paused. One voice she could identify as Star, the shifter, but the other...feeling uncomfortable standing outside, she silently stepped inside the barn to say a quick hello, and be on her way...
"I heard voices, and thought one was you, Star...how are ya doing?" Smiling, she stood quietly inside the door, looking from one to the other.

Biting her lip in deep thought, Kiya probed a little deeper. "A bad feeling?" her question came out as the stranger entered the barn.

Star looked over as she her Alledrya enter and smiled kindly though all that could be seen in the dark bran was out lines an shadows.... "hey there girl how ya doing?" she asked quietly between mouthfulls of old moldy hay..
she looked back at Kiya "sort of ... but it only last a few moments then it is gone..." she said quietly

Letting the information sink in she turned to the new girl, "Im sorry, I dont believe we`ve met?"

Feeling her breath quicken, she looked from one to the other...a 'bad feeling'...her stomach twisted into a knot that she was far too used to, and she tried to cover the feeling with a weak smile...
"Well, I can see that you two are busy...I hope that everything works out all right..." She said, and turned away from the barn, "Night ya'll..."
Stepping into the cool fresh air, she wondered what was causing this 'bad feeling' and hoped it wasn't her...or her gift...

Star fallowed alledray out side and nipped lightly at the girls clothes "hold on there missy... i was not refurring to ya... i have a snece about me that i can tell when one is blaming them self or other sences the body gives off and let me tell you..." she trailed off an nuged her lightly ...
"well any way come on i want you to meet some one..." she said changeing the subject quickly...

Alledyra turned back with Star, it usually wasn't wise to argue with a horse larger than yourself, and even though they don't bite, those did look to be some BIG teeth, and smiled.
"I'm not trying to be rude," she whispered to Star, "I just panic easily, promise." And then turned to meet the person Star wished her to.
