"Ok, great.....Icil. Well, I guess Mr. Drazo doesn't really have the right to say anything. So....Now that the hardest part is out of the way...." He began.
"Just say Icil - It doesn't have to be out loud, but it might help - and visualize the spear. I doubt you'll be able to get intricate handle designs and stuff like that, but for now, just work on the basic shape of a spear."

Kaden saw the air in front of Kiya start to swirl. However, it didn't progress any farther. He looked at her.
"You're nervous, Kiya. Calm down or it won't work." He instructed.

Taking a deep breath, Kiya nodded. "Ok". When she was more relaxed within herself she tried once more, this time picturing the sharp edge of the point growing in her mind. "Icil"

This time, Kaden could see the tip of the spear start to form in front of Kiya. He involuntarily smiled. "Alright....now visualize the rest of it."

Repeating the word 'Icil' in her mind, Kiya swallowed hard in concentration. Shivering, it became apparent her visualising might be working just a little TOO well.

He noticed her shivering. Internally, he wondered if he should let her continue, seeing as how she was so close. Finally, he made up his mind. "Stop." He said.

Kaden now sounded far away, everything was focussed on creating the spear of ice. She was almost there... there was no way she would start again. Picturing the ice in her mind the trembling began to shake in her uncontrollaby. 'so close......

The spear formed completely, and Kaden breathed a sigh of relief. So she did it. For a minute there, it looked like- He began to think, but the spear continued lengthening. It was out of Kiya's control now.
Kaden took a step forward, and the spear flew through the air like a bullet, aimed directly at him. He was shocked, and had no time to move. The missile caught him in the stomach, impaling him, while the head of the spear pushed through his back.
Coughing up blood, he dropped to his knees and wrapped his hands around the handle of the spear. He tried to pull it out, but in vain. He was too weak now.

The icey illusion broke with Kadens impalement. With a small scream Kiya moved in shock to his side. "Oh my god..." she whispered to herself over and over again. Shaking she reached up to the blood spilling out his mouth. "what have I done?... what have I....".
It hit her hard that she was his only hope of survival. Forcing herself to calm down she kept the tears at bay.
Suddenly, she knew what to do. Calling fire to her hand she began to slowly melt the ice spear until Kaden fell forward in his release from the wall. Placing him to the ground she held her hand firmly on his stomach to stop the flow of blood, all the while whispering to him that it was all going to be ok..... everything WILL be ok she tried to convince herself.
Screaming for someone to help them, she poured all the healing magic she had ever learnt into the weak body.

Kaden fell silent for a few moments, before emitting one more blood-filled cough. The hole in his stomach began to slowly close, but he still felt the intense coldness from the ice that was in his body just a couple seconds ago. He started shivering almost uncontrollably in his body's frantic attempt to quickly rid itself of this cold.

"PLEASE!" screamed Kiya, adrenaline overtaking her fear. "PLEASE, SOMEONE!". Her fingers burnt with the effort of warming and healing Kadens body and the blood was beginning to make her feel sick. "Kaden.... just stay with me ok?" she cried, leaning over to catch his gaze.
