"When I came in I felt something dark and evil, and when he came in, the feeling intensified. But I don't feel it anymore. Not at all from the book, and only a tiny bit from him," Cassiel answered. She looked over at Tate. "Is he going to be alright?" she asked, worried.

Tate didn't open his eyes, but he became a little bit concious. Still going in and out of it though. As Kaden was cleaning up his wound, he yelped in pain. But tried to hold back anymore sounds, to the best of his ability. His necklace glew a slight bit black when he regained full conciousness. He still didn't open his eyes though.

Kaden's hands stopped glowing as he cut off his healing spell. He felt fatigue come over him; the combined strain of the curse earlier and the healing spell were putting a toll on his body, but he shook it off. Standing up, he whispered: "Good. He'll be fine."

Tam somersaulted through the barn window with a flamethrower. She came up calmly to Kiya. "What's the situation?" She asked with concern for her friends.
She saw Tate looking intoxicated on the barn floor and Kaden looking a big groggy himself, but with this possession fad that had taken the town by storm Tam didn't know who was who anymore.

"Tam!. Cass is having problem walking... can you please.." she didnt finish her sentence as she ran to Tate, checking him over. Kaden was right, he looked like he was going to be ok. Kneeling by the shifter she looked up to Kaden warily, "you said you wouldnt be back. .."

Tam went over to Cassiel and helped her sit down on a bale of hay. "Let's get you fixed up chicka." She said resting her hands on her shoulders drawing out the negative energy and then letting positive energy flow through her into Cass' body. "How do you feel? Do you think you can walk?"

The tiredness showed on his face as he turned to look at Kiya, dropping to a seat on the barn floor before answering her. "I shouldn't be....But the destruction of the book, you stopped him before he could get all the strength he needed." He told her. "The spell weakened him, well, weakened me to the point that I'm at now. He's in remission. Not for long though."

Cassiel stood up and took a few shaky steps. After a few seconds she got her legs under her again. "Thanks Tam. I think I should be alright now; I just need a good night's sleep." She yawned. "See, just tired now."
Then she walked over to where Kiya and Kaden were talking. "I'm sorry to butt in like this, but I think you two owe us some sort of an explaination. We are all involved in this now, even if we don't want to be. Donner is not going to be happy with Tate or me when he comes back. Not after what we did to him." Then she suddenly realized that Kaden must be feeling all of the scratches and bites that he got from her and from Tate. "Ooooh Kaden, I'm so sorry. I am going to patch you up a bit while Tam helps Tate. And while I do you two can tell me what is going on. If that's alright with you that is." She looked at him for his answer.

She gritted her teeth, finally allowing herself to relax. "Its been a big night for everyone." Her eyes wondered to Tate, "too many people are getting caught up in this now"

The necklace began to glow a slightly darker black, and Tate's eyes began to open. He blinked a few times before they were open fully. He still had the big gash in his side, but managed to prop himself up weakly on his hands. And he heard the last comment made by Kiya.
"I had been in everything with you Kiya..."

Tate didn't say, nor do anything. He just seemed emotionless, but then looked down to the wound on his side. When he shifted back, it stretched and began bigger, most of the bleeding had subsided by the help of Kaden, but it almost seemed infected from little pieces of hay being in it. A small drop of blood fell down onto the hay beneath it.
He looked up to Cassiel warily.
"Hey Cass, have you learned to conjure things yet?"
