[Kaden]

Kaden looked over at Cassiel and Tate. He was silent for a while as he let go of Kiya, thinking of the best way he could answer the question of who Donner was. It truly wasn't something he wanted to talk about now, but they almost died today; they did deserve at least that much. "...He's Drake's father." Kaden answered finally. "I'm not sure if both of you know who Drake is, but he used to live here a while ago. He had killed Donner, but Donner's soul had been in an exact replica of that book Kiya just destroyed, and when me and Kiya read that book...Well, you've seen the results of that mistake." He answered.

"As for the necklace, I have absolutely no idea. I've never seen it in my life."

[Cassiel]

Cassiel opened one eye, "So after you read the book, Donner started posessing you? Where did you get the book from anyway. Wait, Drake's father? How do you know Drake?" This was all beginning to give her a headache, but Drake had been one of her good friends.

[Kaden]

"We uh...found the book. Down in the caverns." Kaden said. It was a half-truth at least. "And I met Drake soon after he left here. Pretty soon after he explained to me why he left, he asked me to....help him." He said. There wasn't any way he could tell them what Drake had really asked him to do.

Well since everyone seemed intent on using "conventional" forms of treatment like poking fat needles into themselves Tam decided she didn't need to stick around. "See you later Kades. Good luck with the whole 'evil dude possession' thing, man that book really was a bitch hey!" She laughed slapping him on the back.

She walked over to Kiya. "Well if anything serious, intriguing, adventurous or mysterious happens call me!" She said cheerily over her shoulder as she left.

[Kaden]

"Understatement of the year, Tam." Kaden muttered as she left. "But goodbye anyway."

[Cassiel]

Cassiel had a feeling that Kaden wasn't being completely honest with them, but she decided to take what he gave her. It was better then nothing. "So let me get this straight; you met Drake and he wanted help from you to do something. You said that he killed Donner, so I am guessing that was what he wanted help doing, right?"

[Kaden]

Kaden sighed and shook his head. "No, he had killed Donner way before I ever met him; he killed him twice actually. Once before he even came here and again while here. The guy just didn't wanna stay dead." He added at the end with a weak chuckle, not wanting to finish. He knew he had to, though.

"Alright, the truth...While he was here, he had gotten bitten by a vampire. A while after he turned, he was forced to leave for a while, in which time he was then bit by a...werewolf." The exact identity of said werewolf wasn't any of their business. "The blood of both races fought in his body, causing him severe pain. This would go on as long as he lived, so he asked me to...to kill him."

[Kiya]

"You killed Drake?" this was new to Kiya, "That could be another reason Donner was after you..."

[Kaden]

Kaden shook his head. "Who do you think killed Donner all those years ago? Damn sure wasn't me. Donner should be happy I had to kill Drake."

[Kiya]

"Still theres a connection there..." she paused noting a quick tug of the hair that was habitual of Donners. It wasn`t the first time she had noticed similar traits in both men; either Donners force was getting much stronger .... or there was something else there.

[Kaden]

Kaden shrugged it off. "Whatever." He said.

[Kiya]

The shrug tugged at her memory also but she let it slide, "Kaden. We have to work out a way to know when you`re him.... the guy is gettin very good at imitating you"

[Kaden]

"There's no way to know, Kiya!" Kaden cried. "He can do what he wants with me!"

[Kiya]

"No way?" Kiya thought hard, "So he knows absoloutely everything thats inside your mind? What about personal issues? Surely he couldnt delve into that?"

[Kaden]

He calmed down. "Yeah, he can. He can see anything that he wants up here." Kaden told her, tapping his head.
